Olympic Orchids was established in 2010 as a line of handcrafted fragrances inspired by the incredible variety of scents produced by orchid flowers and created by Ellen Covey, owner of Olympic Orchids orchid nursery in the Pacific Northwest. The Olympic Orchids  signature line is a series of scents inspired by different species of orchids, but now includes “Scents of Place”, a line of fragrances inspired by places the perfumer has lived or visited, and the “Perfumer’s Perfumes”, limited-edition luxury perfumes that range from classical in style to highly experimental. A line of 100% natural perfumes is under development.

All scents are produced from the highest quality ingredients with a high percentage of essential oils, absolutes, tinctures, and other natural materials. All products are formulated to be on the high end of their concentration range. Pure perfume is 30-33% fragrance materials and eau de parfum is 15-20%. All of the spray bottles that I use are refillable, and packaging materials are biodegradable.
